Your starting base salary begins at $500,000+, with additional incentive opportunities tied to productivity. Annual bonuses typically range from $15,000–$20,000, giving you the ability to further enhance your earnings. A $40,000 sign-on bonus and $10,000 relocation allowance ensure your transition to Augusta is both smooth and financially supported.

With 56 days of paid time off each year—including annual leave, sick time, CME, and holidays—you’ll enjoy one of the most generous academic leave structures available. This ensures that you can balance a rewarding career with family time, travel, and personal rejuvenation.

Academic and Professional Growth

You’ll receive $5,000 annually for CME, plus 10 days and 1 education day to dedicate to academic advancement. Faculty development funds provide an additional $1,000 per year, along with reimbursement for licensure and DEA fees. After six months, you’ll be eligible for tuition assistance across 26 Georgia universities, with tuition waived for up to 9 credit hours per semester—a unique benefit for you or your family.
