Physician Recruitment Process and Compensation Overview
Contract Term
- 3-year initial term, renewable annually thereafter
- 120-day notice without cause
Compensation
- Base Salary: $500,000/year (guaranteed during initial term)
- Productivity Model: $60 per wRVU after 8,333 wRVU base
- Paid Biweekly: 26 weeks/year
- CME Allowance: $3,000 per year
Paid Time Off
- 25 paid leave days/year during guarantee period (vacation, sick, CME, holidays combined)
- Leave days are at the physician's discretion

Relocation & Bonuses
- Relocation Assistance: ~$10,000 (negotiable; taxable)
- Sign-on Bonus: Offered; amount and tax structure TBD (often via payroll)
- Promissory Note/Payback Terms: Confirmed at contract stage
Non-Compete
- Enforceable within 15 miles of assigned location(s)
- Effective during term and 1 year post-termination
