Healthcare System Overview

AdventHealth: Community-Centric Healthcare with Global Impact and Provider Mission Engagement

This healthcare system boasts a substantial and impactful community presence. Each clinic and hospital under the AdventHealth banner is dedicated to "adopting" a local non-profit organization annually. This ongoing commitment fosters a close-knit relationship with the community, enabling providers to engage beyond medical realms and actively contribute to charitable causes. The reciprocated appreciation from the community resonates through the overwhelmingly positive reviews—surpassing 4.6 stars from more than 4,000 patient testimonials. These ratings reflect the shared sentiment of trust, gratitude, and exceptional care received at AdventHealth facilities.

Moreover, AdventHealth champions a global perspective on service. Annually, employees are offered a week dedicated to mission work in other countries. This opportunity isn't just a gesture but a genuine commitment to broader humanitarian efforts. Recently, amidst the Ukraine crisis, a provider was sent with essential medical supplies, medications, and equipment—a testament to AdventHealth's unwavering dedication to global outreach.

The opportunity to partake in these missions transcends professional satisfaction—it ignites a collective excitement among providers, showcasing a commitment to impactful work that extends far beyond conventional healthcare delivery.
