The compensation package for the Electrophysiology Medical Director at Mercy Hospital of Buffalo is designed to attract top-tier clinical and leadership talent. You’ll receive a base salary between $650,000 and $675,000, complemented by a $93,600 annual leadership stipend for 312 administrative hours (15% FTE), bringing your guaranteed income to $743,600–$768,600 annually. This is further enhanced by a generous RVU compensation model of $62.58 per RVU, with an annual threshold of 10,786 RVUs.

The package also includes robust support beyond salary. You’ll receive arrival and first-year retention bonuses, comprehensive health benefits, retirement matching, and additional incentives for EP call coverage. The system’s EP-only call model is structured to ensure work-life balance, with additional compensation available for extra call shifts.
