At Mercy Hospital of Buffalo, you’ll step into a well-established cardiology department composed of passionate professionals who bring both clinical skill and collegial spirit to their work. The electrophysiology team you’ll lead includes three current EP physicians, each with a commitment to complex case management and procedural excellence. As Medical Director, you will guide this experienced group in expanding capacity, refining workflows, and fostering a culture of collaboration.

The broader cardiology department includes 29+ physicians across multiple subspecialties and 23 advanced practice providers (APPs). This team structure allows for smooth interdisciplinary consultations, shared care for high-risk patients, and flexibility in responding to the needs of a large and growing patient base. Support staff—ranging from cardiac nurses and echo technicians to administrative personnel—are well-integrated into daily operations and deeply trusted by the clinical team.
