Obstetrical Services
Deliveries take place at Clovis Community Hospital, the region’s premier birthing center, where patients specifically seek care due to the facility’s stellar reputation.
- 16 private LDRs and 3 dedicated C-section ORs in a modern L&D unit
- 20–30 deliveries/month anticipated once practice is established
- 24/7 in-house anesthesia for epidural and surgical support
- Level 2 NICU on-site with seamless transfer to Level 3 when needed
- Laborist model participation for additional income
- MFM collaboration for high-risk pregnancies
- Experienced, low-turnover nursing staff in L&D
Gynecologic Surgery
Your surgical practice is supported by dedicated block time and modern facilities at Clovis Community Hospital, where staff are highly experienced in gynecologic procedures.
- 1 surgical day per week with flexibility to increase as needed
- 6 cases per day is typical, with flexibility for case mix
- Major and minor procedures based on your interests
- Robotic and laparoscopic technology available
- Efficient OR turnover to maximize productivity
- Strong ancillary support from pathology and radiology
- Freedom to develop surgical specialties or advanced techniques
Outpatient Care
Based in CHP’s beautiful, newly built clinic, your outpatient practice will be supported by excellent infrastructure and patient demand.
- 2.5–3 clinic days weekly with a balanced mix of OB and GYN visits
- Manageable patient volumes ensuring time for quality care
- On-site ultrasound for same-day imaging and diagnostics
- Option to lead specialty clinics based on your focus areas
- Strong primary care referral base feeding your panel
- Commercial payer mix of 60–67% supports solid reimbursement
Call Coverage

- 3 hospitalist call shifts monthly with option to sign out when off
- 1:10 call rotation anticipated as group grows to 6–8 providers
- Guaranteed post-call day off after 24-hour shifts
- Collaborative coverage model that supports provider wellness
- L&D nurses with extensive experience reduce unnecessary provider calls
