The Community Need
Clovis Community Hospital delivers 340–350 babies monthly and is the region’s premier birthing facility. Many current delivering physicians are nearing retirement, creating urgent demand for a new generation of OBGYNs. Joining CHP means stepping into a market with:

- Immediate volume from Dr. Reddington’s practice—booked out 2–3 months (clinic), 6+ months (surgery)

Your Daily Practice
Your week will blend surgical and outpatient work in a balanced, sustainable model that combines the best of academic and private practice settings:
- 2.5–3 days/week in clinic managing OB and GYN patients
- 1 full day/week in the OR for major and minor surgeries
- Shared call coverage with support from a laborist model
- Epic EMR for efficient documentation and workflow
- Experienced clinical staff with 7–18 years of collaborative experience
Qualifications & Leadership
We’re seeking a board-certified or board-eligible OBGYN with collaborative spirit and entrepreneurial drive. Ideal for experienced candidates ready to lead—but open to exceptional new grads ready to grow.
- MD or DO from accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited OBGYN residency
- Board certified or eligible with commitment to certify
- Eligible for California medical licensure
- Commitment to patient-centered, high-quality care
