Meet Out Team

A Supportive Team Committed to Your Success

Joining Community Health Partners means becoming part of a collaborative, supportive team where relationships are valued and longevity is celebrated. Unlike high-turnover environments, you'll work alongside seasoned professionals who bring stability and deep patient care experience. As a founding OBGYN, you'll shape team culture while benefiting from CHP’s robust infrastructure.

  • Experienced clinical support team with 7–18 years working together
  • Strong professional connections across CHP’s 475+ provider network
  • Comprehensive organizational backing from a managed healthcare system
  • Mentorship from Dr. Reddington during your onboarding
  • Team-building opportunities as new OBGYN providers join

Experienced Provider Team

You’ll join a seasoned team of women's health providers who bring clinical depth, leadership experience, and academic distinction:

Lura Justice Reddington, MD – A Fresno native with ~30 years of experience and leadership as Chair of Obstetrics and Pediatrics at Clovis Community Medical Center. Recognized with the UCSF Fresno Private Physician Educator Award, she is now also a certified Wound Care Specialist.

Guadalupe Klise, NP – A board-certified NP specializing in gynecologic oncology with 10+ years of experience across inpatient and outpatient settings. Her background at the Community Cancer Institute and Women’s Cancer Care enhances her breadth in oncology and breast health.

Nisha Nair, WHNP-BC, DNP – A Doctor of Nursing Practice and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant whose care is enriched by academic leadership and a passion for evidence-based women’s health.

KD Souza, FNP-BC – A family nurse practitioner with roots in the Central Valley and a practice philosophy centered on personalized care and collaborative decision-making.
