Physician Recruitment Process and Compensation Overview

This Family Medicine position offers a guaranteed base salary of $300,000, complemented by meaningful quality incentive potential and wRVU production upside from day one.

This position features an annual achievable quality bonus ($30,000) and APP supervision stipend ($10,000), as well as initial relocation support ($15,000) and sign-on bonus ($25,000). As an employee of Ardent Health and joint Elbert Hospital employee, you’re also eligible for annual tax-free student loan repayment ($150,000 paid in four lump sums).

With a starting net income projection of $312,500, enjoy 38% greater earning power compared to your average Georgia Family Medicine physician take-home pay of $220,000–$233,000 (as of 2026). 2-year guaranteed income structure provides financial security during the ramp-up period, allowing physicians to focus on building their panel and establishing a thriving practice without income uncertainty.

Additional Compensation
