You will start with a base salary between $400,000 and $475,000, offering immediate stability. Beyond this, you’ll benefit from a $65 per RVU conversion rate with a monthly threshold of 500 RVUs, ensuring your hard work is recognized and rewarded.

Generous Incentives

In addition to base pay, you’ll receive:

  • $25,000 sign-on bonus
  • Full relocation package, covering all moving expenses
  • Student loan repayment of $25,000, paid directly toward your loan balance

Time Off and Professional Growth

Your well-being and professional development are prioritized with:

  • 6 weeks PTO (256 hours), allowing for rest and rejuvenation
  • 40 hours CME annually with a $3,000 allowance for courses, travel, and certifications

Retirement and Security

Good Shepherd Health provides a strong retirement structure and malpractice coverage:

  • 403(b) plan with up to 6% contributions (4% employer contribution + 50% match on up to 4% employee contributions)
  • Optional 457 deferred compensation plan and 401(k)
  • Occurrence-based malpractice insurance (with tail coverage provided if ever needed)
