They are offering a flat salary ranging from $300,000-$325,000 dependent on experience. Because of the type of scheduling (7on 7 off), lighter patient load and the exceptional APP support this is a fantastic compensation model that will allow any provider to come in and enjoy a perfect work life balance and quality of life.
