UK Kings Daughters Health System is recruiting a general otolaryngologist to join an established, high-volume ENT practice in Ashland, Kentucky. The community supports sufficient patient volume for four to five ENT providers, and one of the current physicians is planning to retire around 2030. This is a succession and growth hire, not a startup scenario.
The incoming physician joins a well-supported, hospital-employed group with an active referral base from a broad network of employed primary care providers throughout the region. The practice operates out of a medical office building connected to the hospital, with full OR access and an onsite scope room.
