The KDMS Otolaryngology practice is a cohesive, experienced group based at 613 23rd Street, Suite 420 in Ashland. All three physicians are high-volume providers who each see 30 to 40 patients per day. The group operates with a collaborative approach and shares OR block time across the week.

• 3 APPs within the ENT and allergy practice
• APP coverage: 5 days per week
• Angie: dedicated allergy APP managing the onsite allergy clinic
• 1 MA assigned per physician

Practice Culture

Brinkman and Van Beneden joined the group from private practice, bringing entrepreneurial experience to a hospital-employed setting. The team is described as highly collaborative. The incoming physician will work alongside established providers who are engaged in mentorship and enjoy proctoring colleagues on specialized procedures including Inspire therapy.
