Here at Mariposa they live by their cultural beliefs within their organization. The first is “Honor Self” which means taking care of the employees and staff that make MCHC operate each and every day. They second is “People First”, which includes not only the patients but also the staff. They are a very tight knit organization and care very much about keeping their staff happy while still providing quality care to their patients.
