The incoming provider will mainly work out of their Patagonia, AZ location and one half-day every six weeks at their main location in Nogales, AZ providing outpatient primary care services at both. This will be a 100% outpatient position with zero inpatient or hospital coverage.
The Family Health Center in Patagonia has provided the residents of Patagonia, Sonoita, Elgin and the surrounding area with family medical care since 1977. Originally founded as a private, non-profit corporation, the Center became a satellite clinic for the Mariposa Community Health Center in 1990.
The clinic has 5 exam rooms, a procedure room, and the incoming provider will have their own private office. They have a small lab onsite for point of care and a satellite pharmacy with a pharmacist that comes 3 days per week. Additionally, for the convenience of their patients, they make daily deliveries of prescriptions from the Health Center’s full-service pharmacy in Nogales.
