Join Our Growing Team: Second Provider Opportunity in Patagonia, AZ

Currently they have 1 physician who is in house part time 3 days per week. He is a new grad that finished residency in June of this year and joined Mariposa shortly after. With the departure of the NP the incoming provider will be the second at this location. They also have 3 MAs onsite who assist with patients and can also be used as translators seeing as they have a small population of Spanish speaking patients.

Throughout the entire Mariposa organization, they currently have 5 primary care providers that are all part of the 1:6 call rotation and half-day Saturday clinic coverage.

They also have a fantastic clinic manager who is a huge resource for their clinic. She is originally from the area and helps with scheduling, oversight of the MAs, workflow, and any patient complaint. She has been with Mariposa for over 10 years and is there to make sure the clinic is running efficiently, and the staff are happy in all aspects of their work environment.
