- Base Compensation: A 2-year guaranteed base salary with an annual RVU true-up. The department will review the full details of compensation during the interview.
- Bonus Potential: You have the opportunity for bonuses, with RVU numbers adjusted for administrative duties.
- Relocation & Signing Bonus: A taxable $6,000 relocation bonus is provided.
- Paid Time Off: You will receive 20 days of PTO.
- Continuing Medical Education (CME): A CME allowance of $2,000 and 10 days is provided.
- Retirement: The package includes a 401k with a 4% employer contribution matched at 2%, as well as 403b and 457b plans.
