Your compensation will be structured around a base salary with opportunities for growth through med-legal involvement, performance, and practice expansion. As your role evolves, additional incentives may be tied to leadership responsibilities, PA supervision, and expert witness work—each compensated appropriately.

  • Base Salary: $300,000
  • Incentives: Optional compensation for med-legal testimony, depositions, and case reviews (after training period)
