The Ridge Ohio Compensation Package

The Ridge Ohio offers a competitive compensation package built around a flat-salary structure, full benefits, and protected time for clinical leadership and continuing education. Final figures for several incentive items are being finalized and will be confirmed during the offer process.

Professional Development

CME Reimbursement Up to $4,000 per year
Professional Expenses Up to $3,000 per year for licensure, memberships, and professional needs

Malpractice and Tail Coverage

The Ridge provides professional liability coverage up to $1 million per incident.

Tail insurance coverage:

  • Paid by The Ridge if the Medical Director is involuntarily terminated without cause, retires, or remains employed for three or more years
  • Paid by the Medical Director if voluntary resignation occurs prior to completing three years of employment, with the cost potentially deducted from the final paycheck

Health and Welfare Benefits

The Ridge offers two UnitedHealthcare Choice Plus medical plans, plus dental and vision through Principal and VSP.

  • Basic services: 80% after $50 deductible
  • Major services: 50% after $50 deductible
  • Orthodontia: 50% coinsurance, $1,000 lifetime maximum
  • Annual maximum: $1,000 per person

Vision (Principal and VSP)

  • Annual eye exam: $10 copay
  • Lenses: $10 copay every 12 months
  • Frames: $130 allowance every 24 months
  • Contact lenses: $130 allowance every 12 months in lieu of glasses

Income Protection
