- Guaranteed Base Salary: $441K–$491K annually for the first two years.
- Productivity-Based Model: After year two, shifts to an RVU-based model (a representative will discuss details).
- Projected Productivity: New physicians typically generate 20–25 RVUs/day; experienced ENTs reach 30+ RVUs/day.
Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Assistance
- Sign-On Bonus: Standard $20,000, with potential for negotiation.
- Relocation Assistance: Comprehensive package available for eligible candidates.
Call Pay & Additional Income Opportunities
- Practice Call: Shared 1:5 among ENT providers with rare after-hours calls.
- Optional Hospital Call with Paid Stipends:
- Compensated general ENT and facial trauma call via structured stipends.
- Buy-in opportunity to private ENT call group with representative guidance.
