Physician Recruitment Process and Compensation Overview

UCHealth Medical Group offers an industry-leading compensation package designed to reward clinical excellence, patient-centered care, and long-term success. Your base salary provides financial stability while allowing significant earning potential as your practice grows.

  • Guaranteed Base Salary: $441K–$491K annually for the first two years.
  • Productivity-Based Model: After year two, shifts to an RVU-based model (a representative will discuss details).
  • Projected Productivity: New physicians typically generate 20–25 RVUs/day; experienced ENTs reach 30+ RVUs/day.

Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Assistance

  • Sign-On Bonus: Standard $20,000, with potential for negotiation.
  • Relocation Assistance: Comprehensive package available for eligible candidates.

Call Pay & Additional Income Opportunities

  • Practice Call: Shared 1:5 among ENT providers with rare after-hours calls.
  • Optional Hospital Call with Paid Stipends:
    • Compensated general ENT and facial trauma call via structured stipends.
    • Buy-in opportunity to private ENT call group with representative guidance.
