You’ll collaborate with a dedicated team of providers, including two audiologists, one APP, and a growing primary care referral base, all within a brand-new, state-of-the-art clinic. Whether you’re a seasoned generalist or looking to develop a niche in otology or facial plastics, this position offers unparalleled professional growth and work-life balance.

- Balanced Schedule: 2.5–3 days in clinic, 1.5–2 days in the OR each week, with built-in administrative time.
- Manageable Patient Load: See 18–25 patients per day, mostly adults, with occasional pediatric cases.

- State-of-the-Art Facility: Individual offices, six exam rooms, two procedure rooms, four microscopes, and in-suite audiology testing.

Diverse Patient Demographics & Case Mix
- Primarily Adult Population (40–85 years old), with some college-age cases.
- High sinus, thyroid, and cancer surgery volume.
- Basic Pediatric ENT (tubes & tonsils), with complex cases referred to an ENT in Longmont.
Surgical Opportunities & OR Access
- OR Days: 1.5–2 days per week, with plenty of OR time at a Level 1 Trauma Center and two ASCs.
- Well-Equipped OR: Digital laryngoscopes, rigid sinus scopes, and experienced surgical assistants.
- Dedicated Anesthesia Team: Private contracted anesthesiologists and CRNAs.
- Strong OR Support: The perioperative team and hospital leadership fully back the ENT service line.
- Typical OR Schedule: 7 AM–4 PM, with two surgical assistants per case.
