The compensation package for this position is designed to offer both a solid foundation and attractive incentives. New dentists start at $160,000, with experienced providers earning up to $180,000 depending on skill set and production history. The salary is enhanced by a tiered monthly production bonus model, with dentists currently reaching up to $2,500 per month in additional earnings. Financial incentives also include a combination of sign-on bonus ($10–20K), relocation assistance ($5–10K), and a $25K residency incentive. Loan repayment and tax credit programs are available due to the site’s HPSA score of 20. Benefits include a 403(b) retirement plan with 4% match, full health coverage, generous PTO (up to 36 days), and a $5,000 CME allowance with 7 days of CME leave annually.
