Position Overview

Understanding the Role

A Mission-Driven Dentistry Career with Lifestyle Flexibility

Step into a full-time dental opportunity rooted in purpose and balance. Located in Ontario, Oregon—just across the Idaho border and a short drive from Boise—you’ll join a compassionate, mission-oriented team committed to serving the Medicaid and underserved population, with additional access to patients on commercial plans. This is a well-supported clinical role in a modern, multi-site organization that allows you to focus on the quality of care, not volume quotas.

You’ll be based at the Ontario location, one of four sites operated by the organization, and work alongside fellow dentists, hygienists, and a reliable team of full-time dental assistants. Whether you’re a new graduate seeking mentorship or a seasoned clinician looking for a community impact role, this practice offers meaningful, comprehensive care—including endodontics, dentures, and pediatric services—based on your comfort and expertise.

This role is a replacement for an existing provider who is relocating for family reasons, and it supports ongoing patient demand at a site known for high-quality service. Leadership support is readily available, with a Dental Director and Director of Dental Operations who both bring long-standing commitment and insight to the team.
