A Stable, Committed Dental Team with Mentorship and Collaboration

You’ll be joining a collegial and experienced dental team that supports mentorship, collaboration, and long-term growth. The Ontario clinic typically staffs three dentists, but currently has one on medical leave and another relocating, making this role essential for continuity of care. You’ll be supported by six full-time dental assistants and two hygienists, all familiar with the clinic’s processes and patient flow. This environment is especially supportive for new graduates, with daily collaboration and mentorship from experienced colleagues.

The dental leadership team includes Dr. Paul Concidine, who has been with the organization for over 12 years and leads the Nyssa clinic, and Launee Trask, the Director of Dental Operations, who recently returned due to her deep belief in the organization’s mission. Dr. Muhammad, a long-time provider at the Ontario site, brings a decade of experience and continues to offer clinical leadership and support.
