With a first-year income of $668,300, this role offers both financial security and long-term growth through a balanced RVU production model. The structure allows you to focus on quality care without compromising your earning potential.

In years one and two, you will receive the higher of your base salary ($540,000) or your RVU-based earnings, ensuring predictable income while your practice ramps up. Call coverage is compensated separately at $1,350 per shift, and you’ll receive generous signing and relocation bonuses.

The full suite of benefits also supports your professional development and personal well-being, including student loan repayment assistance, tuition reimbursement, 30 days of PTO annually, and a $7,000 CME allowance. After your first year, you’ll also enjoy a 6% retirement plan match and access to multiple savings and reimbursement accounts.
