As part of the Asante Urology team, you will be supported by a highly collaborative group of physicians, advanced practice providers, and administrative professionals. While this new position is based in Grants Pass, your closest colleagues are part of a cohesive team in Medford, just 45 minutes away. This structure gives you the autonomy of a solo practice with the backing of a trusted and experienced team.
The core urology group includes five board-certified urologists:
They are complemented by 5 Advanced Practice Providers (PAs and NPs), with an additional two PAs starting in September 2025. PAs assist in clinic, perform consults, help with call coverage, and support OR cases, contributing significantly to clinic flow and patient access.
The team culture is described as professional, collaborative, and mission-driven, with shared call expectations and mutual respect across roles. While Medford providers won’t routinely rotate to Grants Pass, they have expressed openness to occasional collaboration and expect this role to share in call coverage. Providers emphasized the importance of adding someone experienced, autonomous, and comfortable building a practice with minimal on-site peer support.
