Guaranteed Salary, Tiered RVU Productivity Incentive, and Comprehensive Benefits Package

2-year contract term employed by Morristown-Hamblen Health and Covenant Heath.
Guaranteed salary of $525,000 for 2-years
• One the 25th month, you will renegotiate. You will receive a baseline salary contingent on your previous year’s production.
Tiered RVU productivity incentive starts on Day One!
• Tier 1: <5500 = $60.00 per RVU which equates to $330,000
• Tier 2: 5501-7500 = $62.00 per RVU which equates to $155,000
• Tier 3: 7501-9000 = $66.00 per RVU which equates to $99,000
• Tier 4: 9000> = $68.00 per RVU

To cover your $525,000 salary, you would need to generate approximately 8,006 RVU’s.

The current MGMA median compensation for the South is $532,426 and the current median wRVU rate is $59.05 per. You would need to generate almost 9,000 wRVU’s (8,890 to be exact) to get to our guarantee of $525,000.

To put it in perspective, if you were to generate 8,890 wRVU’s with Morristown-Hamblen, you would earn $585,164!!! With the patient satisfaction incentive, you’re right around $600,000. These are private practice numbers. But who wants to deal with the administrative headaches of private practice? Here, you’ll have the freedom and autonomy of private practice all while being employed, plus NO STATE INCOME TAX!
