You’d be joining a turn-key practice and collegial team in this employed position. The group’s volume is up 22% from last year and their current Medical Director, Dr. William Christiansen is putting a succession plan in place for his own retirement. They have determined there is a need for two Occupational Medicine physicians, one to replace as Medical Director and one staff position for growth (and to replace the ongoing locums).
You’d be joining a turn-key practice and collegial team in this employed position. The group’s need is for multiple (3-4) oncologists due to two reasons; the first is they have two Oncologist (husband-wife) who wanted to move closer to family on the east coast, and the other is that the Cancer is experiencing tremendously with an increase in annual increase in patient visits of 100,000 in 2021 and another year-over-year increase of 110,000 in patient visits in 2022. The two Oncologists leaving specialized in Breast and GU, so this is a need and ability to specialize in those areas, but there is also a need for a general HEM ONC or you can specialize in other areas because of their growth (Lung, GI, Hem). Because a high percentage of their patients are Breast cases, the incoming physician can do 100% Breast cases if they desire.
Eisenhower opened this beautiful state-of-the-art Birthing Center in May 2021 and are seeking a Traditional OB/GYN. They have existing GYN’s and a stable Laborist group, but want to maintain continuity of care, from their patients’ feedback. You’ll have the support and teamwork with both groups to help seal the gap and deliver the best care.
Eisenhower previously had a birthing center 20 years ago, but there wasn’t enough of a demand. With the tremendous growth of young couples and families to the area, Eisenhower assessed the demand was there and built the $25 Million Birthing Center that you will be working in.
You’d be joining a turn-key practice and collegial team in this employed position. The group’s clinical and procedural volume is up 22% from last year and one of their female robotics-trained Urologists needed to step down due to health reasons (she was their go-to physician for Robotic cases). They are currently book 9 months out for new patients and have determined there is a need for two Urologists, one to replace and one for growth. Ability to do robotics cases is preferred but not required.
